SAN FRANCISCO - 9/26/26 - This is what you might see on any day walking through the city - from BART to North Beach, Chinatown and down to the Ferry Building. Riders on BART. People working, fixing streets and sewers. Artists playing music and asking for donations, or performing martial arts in front of the statue of Sun Yat Sen.
At the Ferry Building members of the Haiti Action Committee, the NorCal TPS Coalition and the Nuevo Sol Day Labor and Domestic Worker Center protest the Trump administration's efforts to end Temporary Protected Status for Haitians and Salvadorans, and deport thousands of people.
